How it works
Enter your stock vest lots — symbol, vest date and shares — and optional sale or dividend details. The tool auto-fetches historical stock prices (Yahoo Finance) and USD→INR SBI TT Buy rates, then computes, for each lot: the initial value (vest price × shares × exchange rate), the peak value during the year, the closing balance as of Dec 31, dividends received, and sale proceeds — all in INR. It then builds the rows for Schedule FA (Foreign Assets) of your ITR and lets you download them as an FA.csv ready for the ITR portal. Everything runs in your browser — your data never leaves your device.
Example
You vested 50 UBER shares on 16-Jun-2023 and sold 25 of them in 2024. The tool fetches UBER's price on each vest and sample date, applies the SBI TT Buy rate for those dates, and produces one row each for Schedule FA with the initial value, peak value, closing balance and proceeds in INR.

What is Schedule FA?
Schedule FA is the part of the Indian income tax return (ITR) where you report foreign assets — bank accounts, stocks, RSUs/ESPPs, real estate and more. It is a part of Schedule TR1 of the ITR.
Is my financial data shared anywhere?
No. All calculations happen in your browser. Stock prices and exchange rates are fetched from public sources (Yahoo Finance and SBI's published TT Buy rates), but your holdings data never leaves your device.
Where do the stock prices and exchange rates come from?
Historical daily close prices come from Yahoo Finance, and USD→INR rates use SBI's TT Buy reference rates. When a date is not a trading day, the previous trading day is used, and the row notes it. If a price cannot be fetched, the tool asks you to enter it manually.
Is this calculation tax advice?
No. This is a planning tool for educational purposes. Schedule FA rules change and errors affect your filing, so verify every number and consult a qualified tax professional before filing.
Can I import my broker statement?
